COMPETITIONS & AWARDS

	2011 - Contemporary Glass Society New Designers Associate Prize. Awarded to a graduate in the field of glasswork whose work is considered to be outstanding in terms of designs and quality. Judges including renowed glass artist Bruno Romanelli were unanimous in selecting Saras' work as an outstanding body of work that displayed a sophisticated and elegant style and for its technical and aesthetic accomplishments. Awarded 1st Prize.
	2008 - Inspired by… Competition, V&A, London. Prizewinner. Selected work shown at the Inspired by… Exhibition, alongside work from the museums own collections. Awarded the ‘Access’ prize presented by The Louvre Museum, Paris. 2008 - Warm Glass Prize. International Competition, awarded 2nd prize in the Student category by international Glass Artist Catharine Newell.
	2007 - Pewter Live Competition 2007. Prizewinner. Pewter Live is an annual international competition run by The Worshipful Company of Pewterers. Judges chaired by Sebastian Conran, the competition showcases new and innovative pewter work. Awarded 3rd Prize for Pewter & Glass Architectural Fixtures & Fittings and membership of The Association of British Pewter Craftsmen.
